Sign-on Bonus

Eligible candidates could receive a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 for the following positions:

  • Bus Operator
  • Green Line Operator
  • Heavy Rail Operator
  • Fueler
  • Service Technician
  • Streetcar Operator
  • Subway Train Operator
  • Rail Repairer
  • Track Laborer
  • Transit Police Officer

Bonuses are paid out in two installments: $4,500 after completing 90 days of service, and $3,000 after one year of employment.
