Local, state agencies hold ferry crash drill in Hingham Shipyard

In the drill hosted in Hingham Shipyard by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation on Sunday, a fire in the ferry's engine room knocked out the boat's steering, causing it to collide with the commuter boat dock. About 40 passengers – played by volunteers – were onboard at the time, including 15 with injuries ranging in severity. Read more at wickedlocal.com.
