Bus Replacement Service On D Branch Of Green Line
Posted on April 28, 2006
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) Maintenance of Way Department will be performing necessary track work on the D-Line beginning with the start of service on Saturday and continuing until the end of service on Sunday.
During this time, bus shuttle replacement service will be in effect between Riverside Station and Reservoir Station.
Shuttle buses will be available at Riverside Station and Reservoir Station making all local stops. MBTA personnel will be on hand throughout the weekend directing customers to shuttle bus replacement service.
This diversion may result in a commute that is 10-15 minutes longer than usual. The MBTA thanks you for your patience and cooperation as we work to improve your daily commute.
Normal Green Line service will resume on Monday, May 1st.
