Paul Regan, Executive Director of the MBTA Advisory Board will offer its comments on the proposed FY17 operating budget.

I. FY17 Operating Budget

Discussion and action on the Authority's final itemized budget of operating expenses and debt service costs for the period July 01, 2016 - June 30, 2017 (FY17) in the amount and form submitted, and in accordance with MGL ch 161A, §20.

J. State of the Green Line

Discussion of the existing conditions of the Green Line's infrastructure, ridership trends, and other factors.

K. Flexible Contracting and Procurement Strategy

Discussion of the current strategy to improve procurement and materials management. Discussion will also include the topic of flexible contracting for transportation services.
