MBTA Transit Police Parking Violations
In the event that you receive an MBTA Transit Police parking violation you have two options:
1. You can pay the fine that was imposed within 21 days by mailing the citation with payment enclosed or by visiting www.plymouthcountyparking.com to make payment
2. You have the right to request a hearing within 21 days of date of violation.
A hearing may be obtained upon written request of the registered owner or may be disputed by mail if submitted with supporting documentation to:

Failure to pay the fine or request a hearing within 21 days will result in increased fines, non-renewal of the license to operate and the non-renewal of certificate of registration of the registered owner as prescribed by law.
