Use the following resources to plan a fully accessible trip on the MBTA.
The Riders’ Transportation Access Group (R-TAG) is a customer organization with a mission to advise the MBTA on transportation issues that affect people with disabilities and seniors. Membership is open to the general public. To find out more, check out the information below and attend an upcoming R-TAG meeting.
Anyone who would like to participate in R-TAG is welcome to become a general member. As a general member, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide input on MBTA policies and procedures that affect people with disabilities and seniors.
- Review station renovation plans and new vehicle designs.
- Discuss new apps and technology designed to improve access.
- Meet with staff from the Department of System-Wide Accessibility, The RIDE, and guest speakers from the MBTA and Keolis (Commuter Rail).

R-TAG's bylaws and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) are available for public review:
