• A)  Establish schedule for reports from authority’s director of labor relations
• B)  Establish schedule for reports from MassDOT’s Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR) and MBTA’s assistant general manager for diversity, equity, and inclusion
• C)  Establish schedule for reports from MassDOT’s ODCR on status of federal and state EEO programs, compliance, and reportings

6. Compensation responsibilities

• A)  Establish schedule of evaluation of compensation of authority executives 
• B)  Establish schedule for assessing comparable compensation at state agencies and authorities, as well as for-profit and nonprofit private-sector employers
