Event Description
As a follow-up to the emergency meeting held in November 2021, R-TAG held a listening session in May to hear rider feedback on The RIDE. Riders had the chance to speak directly to MBTA and The RIDE representatives about their experiences both good and bad, to help us identify opportunities for improvement.
