Ruggles Elevator Closures Start in November 2019

On November 12, 2019, we will start elevator replacement at Ruggles Station. The Orange Line platform will not be accessible via elevator during this work.
The new elevators will improve accessibility and make it easier for riders to move between platforms or transfer to other modes.
During construction, we will provide shuttle service for riders who would otherwise need to use the elevators.
Over the course of the Ruggles Station Improvements project, we will build 1 new elevator in the lower busway and replace 4 existing elevators throughout the station.
