All Kingston Line trains will originate and terminate at Hanson until further notice today due to police activity on the right of way. Passengers will be accommodated by a bus for all journeys between Hanson, Halifax and Kingston.

The new Spring/Summer Commuter Rail schedules go into effect on Monday, May 23rd. Visit MBTA.com to see how we adapted your train service.
The Spring/Summer schedule maintains the same frequent weekday service introduced in 2021, with a few changes to train times in order to factor increasing ridership, weather conditions and track work. Bikes are now allowed on all Middleborough, Kingston, Greenbush and Fairmount line trains.
Holiday service: On Memorial Day (May 30th), July 4th and Labor Day (September 5th), the Commuter Rail will operate on a weekend schedule. On Columbus Day (October 10th) and Juneteenth (observed on June 20th), the Commuter Rail will operate on a regular weekday schedule.

Kingston Line Train 2041 (6:20 am from South Station) will terminate at Hanson today due to police activity on the right of way near Halifax. Passengers will be accommodated by a bus for continued service outbound.
