  The new Summer Commuter Rail schedule goes into effect on Monday, June 28th to restore weekend train service on all lines including Haverhill, Lowell, Fitchburg, Needham, Franklin, Kingston and Greenbush. There are no changes to the weekday schedule.   MBTA.com/cr

  Weekends, through Summer 2021, buses replace trains between Beverly & Rockport due to Gloucester Drawbridge work. Buses may leave intermediate stops up to 10 minutes early. Bikes are not allowed on buses. Different weekday busing in effect.   MBTA.com/RKPwork

  Weekdays through Summer 2021, buses replace inbound trains between Rockport & W Gloucester & most outbound trains between Manchester & Rockport to work on the Gloucester Drawbridge. Buses may leave intermediate stops early. Other weekend busing in effect,   MBTA.com/RKPwork
  The following train will run one stop further to West Gloucester, and shuttles will run from West Gloucester to Rockport instead:

• Extra Service Ongoing

  CATA provides on-demand transit service between the West Gloucester and Gloucester Commuter Rail Stations and different businesses in Gloucester. CATA On Demand service operates Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-8:00PM.   canntran.com/cataondemand
  CATA also provides free commuter bus service to meet Commuter Rail Train 142 (5:54 AM from Newburyport) and Train 157 (4:35 PM from North Station), with stops at Beverly, Gloucester, and Rockport only.

  All passengers over the age of two must wear a face covering when travelling on trains or at all railroad stations. Anyone who does not comply will be denied boarding and could be subject to penalties.
