Service ChangeWednesday, May 18th until further notice, buses replace Rockport Line service. Buses will connect to the Blue Line at Orient Heights for service to/from Boston. Normal train service will operate between Beverly & Newburyport.All shuttle buses are accessible. Bikes will not be allowed onboard the shuttle buses.
-Shuttle bus and Blue Line service inbound provided at no charge to riders.
-Riders pay one way subway fares to travel from downtown Boston to Orient Heights.

Service Change OngoingMonday May 9th Through Tuesday, May 17th, buses replace train service between Rockport & Beverly. Regular train service operates between Newburyport & North Station. Rockport passengers can board a Newburyport train for continued service to North Station.All shuttle buses are accessible. Bikes will not be allowed onboard the shuttle buses.

Service Change OngoingStarting on Monday, April 11th, there will be service changes on the Newburyport/Rockport Line to accommodate ongoing work to significantly improve signals, track, and bridges. During this construction, bus shuttles will replace trains on specific dates.-Monday, May 9th through Tuesday, May 17th, buses replace service between Rockport and Beverly. Normal train service will only operate between Newburyport and Boston. On Saturday, May 14th and Sunday, May 15th, the Newburyport/Rockport Line will operate on dedicated weekend schedule.
-Wednesday, May 18th until further notice:
buses will replace regular train service on weekends and weekdays between Rockport and Orient Heights on the Blue Line. Normal train service will operate between Newburyport and Beverly.
-Shuttle bus and Blue Line service inbound provided at no charge to riders.
-Riders pay one way subway fares to travel from downtown Boston to Orient Heights.
-Passengers are advised to purchase individual tickets rather than monthly passes for June.
In addition to the scheduled bus shuttles, the MBTA also recommend using alternative options when they are available:
-when no service at Chelsea Station, passengers can utilize Silver Line 3
-The Haverhill Line
