    The new Summer Commuter Rail schedule goes into effect on Monday, June 28th to restore weekend train service on all lines including Haverhill, Lowell, Fitchburg, Needham, Franklin, Kingston and Greenbush. There are no changes to the weekday schedule.   MBTA.com/cr
