Accessible Services

Accessible Services

From low-floor and lift-equipped buses and accessible T stations to THE RIDE—our door-to-door paratransit service, we're constantly working to ensure the entire T system is accessible for riders of all abilities.

The T's Office for Transportation Access oversees programs and services for persons with disabilities and senior citizens and manages the T's Reduced Fare Program, and paratransit program THE RIDE.

Website station and route pages provide important accessibility information noting elevator, escalator and lift information and we continue to upgrade our stations and vehicle fleet and modernize our public address systems to aid riders.
