(2) Written comments may be submitted by sending an email to publiccomment@dot.state.ma.us, or by mail to: MBTA Board of Directors 10 Park Plaza - Suite 3510 Boston, MA 02116 Mailed or emailed comments will be compiled and distributed to all Board Members as soon as practicable.
(3) Voice message comments may be submitted by calling 617-222-3337 and leaving a message no later than Thursday, May 4, 2023. During this time, a representative selection of voice messages will be played aloud. Comments submitted by voicemail will be compiled and distributed to all Board Members as soon as is practicable.
