A computer rendering shows what the Lynn Fells Parkway Bridge will look like after full replacement by the end of summer 2022.

We’re replacing the Lynn Fells Parkway bridge, which carries the Haverhill Line of the Commuter Rail over the Lynn Fells Parkway in Melrose. Crews will resume construction activities starting 7 AM on Tuesday, June 7. Remaining work on the roadway and sidewalk will be complete by summer 2022.

This project will bring the bridge to a State of Good Repair, improving safety, resiliency, and reliability of the Haverhill Line.
