The Riders’ Transportation Access Group (R-TAG) is a customer organization that advises the MBTA on transportation issues affecting seniors and people of all ages who have disabilities. Membership in the group and attendance at group events are open to the general public.

All R-TAG meetings are accessible to people with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency.
