Event Description
Share your experiences about the accessibility of recent MBTA service diversions.
As the month-long Orange Line shutdown comes to an end, System-Wide Accessibility will be working to develop updated protocols and best practices related to ensuring accessibility during service diversions based on lessons learned. Please join us to share your experience—whether related to the Orange Line shutdown or smaller past diversions.

The Riders’ Transportation Access Group (R-TAG) is a customer organization that advises the MBTA on transportation issues affecting older adults and people of all ages who have disabilities. Membership in the group and attendance at group events are open to the general public.
Join the Virtual Meeting
This meeting will be held over Zoom. Registration is required in advance to attend the meeting.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
A recording of the meeting will be posted here afterwards for those who are unable to attend.
Accommodations
All R-TAG meetings are accessible to people with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency. Real-time captioning (CART) and an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be provided for this meeting.
Other accessibility accommodations and language services will be provided free of charge, upon request, as available. These include documents in alternate formats, translated materials, assistive listening devices, and interpreters.
